This is the last event in our Female Chef Takeover Series!

Jane Montgomery’s ‘Equinox’ takeover menu is based on a concept of food ‘between the seasons’, catching the last wonderful winter ingredients like forced rhubarb combined with fresh spring radishes. Jane reflects on her roots as a northerner in London: a twist on modern British cuisine pairing humble, beautiful ingredients. 

Jane’s menu will also have suggested wine pairing from the talented Marjorie Ledgendre. Marjorie has worked in Michelin-star restaurants as a sommelier and head sommelier for over a decade. @marjorieandthewines
