Renowned Italian chef and author Ursula Ferrigno brings a sumptuous supper inspired by the food of Emilia- Romagna, one of Italy’s most celebrated culinary regions - alongside a preview of her upcoming book released this May.

Her menu is rooted in tradition, generosity and simple excellence: handmade pasta, crisp fritti, rich broths and classic desserts - the kind of soulful Italian cooking meant to be lingered over with good wine and great company.

Wing Lee-Chan is the founder of Timmy’s Fusion, an Asian inspired catering and private dining concept blending bold Asian flavours with modern British and French techniques.

Born in London to Hong Kong parents, Wing’s cooking is shaped by heritage, travels across Asia, and love of contemporary European cuisine.
